Ingredients:
2 CUP CRANBERRIES, WASHED
1 1/4 CUP SUGAR
1 EGG, BEATEN
1 TSP VANILLA
1 CUP FLOUR
1 CUP SUGAR
1 -1/4 STICKS BUTTER, MELTED
Instructions:
GREASE PIE PAN. PUT CRANBERRIES AND SUGAR IN BOTTOM OF PIE PAN. IN BOWL, MIX EGG, VANILLA, FLOUR, SUGAR AND MELTED BUTTER. GENTLY PAT MIXTURE OVER CRANBERRIES.
BAKE AT 350 DEGRESS FOR 30 MINUTE.
