A: After payment be sure to LOOK for and CLICK "Return To Merchant ". This will take you to the special page where you can create and then print your fake excuse.

Q: What if I pay and then my power goes out?
A: If you have a problem after payment and do not get to make an excuse, please email chas@chaswebs.com, using the same email used to purchase, and I'll reply with a link you can use to make your Fake Excuse.

Q: I messed up and bought Two. Will you refund one of my purchases?
A: YES! Just email chas@chaswebs.com, using the same email used to purchase, and I'll refund one of your puchases.
